Our park is open every year from March to October.
Ground fees, electricity and water are free for the first year as a bonus. Generally, homeowners pay a ground rent to the park owners for the plot on which their home is sited. This is usually charged monthly and covers the running costs associated with the business including maintenance of the communal areas and landscaping, roads and such factors as security and streetlights, sewerage and maintenance.
Other costs are much the same (or slightly less) compared to a bricks or mortar house. Modern park homes are built with energy efficiency in mind, so energy costs are generally lower than a traditional house.
